Manhattan Theatre Club's Broadway premiere of The Other Place, the new play by Sharr White, directed by two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello, has been extended by one week due to popular demand. Tickets to the limited engagement, which opened to critical acclaim last week at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street) are now on sale through Sunday, March 3.

Tickets for the extension to The Other Place will go on sale today at noon and are available by calling Telecharge at 212-239-6200, online by visiting www.Telecharge.com, or by visiting the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre Box Office (261 West 47th Street).

To accommodate the extension for The Other Place, MTC is shifting the dates for the upcoming world premiere of THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES, the new play by Richard Greenberg, directed by Lynne Meadow. THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES will now start previews on Thursday, March 21. As previously announced, the opening will remain Wednesday, April 17 at the Friedman Theatre.
