LET MY PEOPLE COME Celebrates Memorial Day Weekend at Underground Lounge

Forslund Theatricals LLC announced today that the 2013 revival of Let My People Come, off-Broadway's controversial smash-hit musical revue, will celebrate Memorial Day Weekend with all tickets priced at $25 for the 8:00pm performance on Friday, May 24th at The Underground Lounge, 955 West End Avenue at West 107th Street in Manhattan. Premium priced tickets, which include dinner and a premium drink, are still available in the front row with guaranteed cast interaction!

Let My People Come, written by Earl Wilson, Jr., has been updated for the 21st Century with additional material by Wilson, music direction by Mark T Evans and direction by John Forslund.

The current cast features Christie Dabreau, Haley Selmon, Mariel Blatt, Tiger Brown, Gavin Rohrer, Brian Craft, Diego Rios, Tim Garnham and Tim Houston.

Originally scheduled as an eight-week limited engagement through March 29, 2013, Let My People Come now plays every Friday night.

Let My People Come is back home off-Broadway gearing up for the 40th Anniversary of its World Premiere on June 7, 1974 downtown at the Village Gate. A celebration of human sexuality, Let My People Come brings a completely new production, ready to explore the sexual experiences of all man-kind in a digitally-enhanced 21st Century. With references to Marriage Equality and the Obama Administration, the cast Let My People Come take their audiences through hilarious scenarios with every song and a brief history of the World-renowned controversy that followed the original touring productions of Let My People Come.

Let My People Come is 75-minutes in length, plus a pre-show cocktail hour with the cast. It plays every Friday at 8pm. Beginning June 22nd, a second show will be added on Saturday evenings at 10pm.
