Broadway's perfectly magical musical MARY POPPINS is pleased to welcome two-time Olivier Award winner Jenny Galloway (London's original ‘Mrs. Brill') to the company. Galloway's first performance was Tuesday, September 1. Produced by Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical Productions and Cameron Mackintosh, MARY POPPINS performs at the New Amsterdam Theatre (214 West 42nd Street).

An acclaimed British stage actress, Jenny Galloway is a two-time Olivier Award winner, honored for stage performances as Rosie in Mamma Mia! (2000) and Luce in The Boys from Syracuse (1992). She played Madame Thénardier in the London cast of Les Misérables and later reprised the role on Broadway. She starred as the original Mrs. Brill in the world premiere of Mary Poppins in London's West End (2004) and earned an Olivier nomination for her role as Mickey in My One and Only (2003). Earlier this year, Galloway appeared alongside Dame Judi Dench in the Donmar West End production of Madame De Sade. Other credits include The Music Man, Oliver!, Sweeney Todd on the London stage and the feature film About a Boy (with Hugh Grant).

MARY POPPINS currently stars Scarlett Strallen in the title role and Adam Fiorentino as Bert the chimney sweep. The Broadway cast also features Daniel Jenkins as Mr. Banks; Rebecca Luker as Mrs. Banks; Ann Arvia as Bird Woman; Mark Price as Robertson Ay; Ruth Gottschall as Miss Andrew; and Jeff Steitzer as Admiral Boom. Juliette Allen Angelo,
Alexandra Berro and CASSADY LEONARD alternate as Jane Banks; JEREMIAH KISSANE, Matthew Schechter and ANDREW SHIPMAN alternate as Michael Banks.

Consistently among the top-grossing shows on Broadway, MARY POPPINS has played over 1000 performances - a milestone reached by only a rare few number of shows in Broadway history. The production has been seen by more than 1.8 million theatergoers and grossed over $152 million to date.
