Mary Poppins on Stage Videos - Broadway

Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins, one of the biggest Broadway successes in recent memory, enters its final two weeks tonight. It concludes its historic Broadway run at The New Amsterdam Theatre on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 3:00pm after 2619 performances and more than six years. With attendance totaling nearly four million guests, the show has been seen by more people in the last six years than any Broadway show except Wicked and The Lion King. After playing the role of Bert for over two years on the North American tour of Mary Poppins, with a stint on Broadway in Summer 2010, Nicolas Dromard returns to the New Amsterdam Theatre, beginning performances tonight, January 9. The Chicago Symphony Orchestra's July 4th performance as part of the Ravinia Festival will feature vocalist Ashley Brown, who won rave reviews in the title role of Mary Poppins on Broadway and recently made her Lyric Opera debut in an acclaimed production of Show Boat. Direct from the North American tour of MARY POPPINS, Steffanie Leigh made her Broadway debut in the title role last night, October 11 at the New Amsterdam Theatre. Olivier Award winner Laura Michelle Kelly, The West End's original MARY POPPINS, played her final performance on Broadway Sunday, October 9.
