Tony Award-winning composer/lyricist and a popular concert performer and recording artist in his own right, Jason Robert Brown discusses his inspiration for the new stage adaptation of The Bridges of Madison County as well as performs material from it as part of a new video series presenting a behind the scenes look at the new musical currently in rehearsals for its Broadway bow.

Brown performs "It All Fades Away" in the new featurette, one of many soaring romantic moments in the score.

Taking to his official blog earlier this week, Brown wrote of the video, "This is the first in what I'm presuming will be a series of videos in which the creative team of The Bridges of Madison County discusses the inspirations and aspirations of the show. Here's me competing with myself by yammering away while I'm simultaneously singing and playing "It All Fades Away" at a recent concert at 54 Below. You can see Gary Sieger strumming madly away behind me, but you'll also hear Jamie Eblen on percussion and Randy Landau on bass."
