Welcome to this week's edition of BroadwayWorld's exclusive WEEKLY GROSSES ANALYSIS - read on for all the weekly grosses statistics for the movers and shakers from the latest grosses, for the week ending 6/24/2018.

MEAN GIRLS has broken the August Wilson Theatre box office record for the third time for an eight performance week, grossing $1,578,400.75 for the week ending June 24, 2018. This is the second record-breaking week in a row for the show.

This week, 33 shows played on Broadway, with 297,029 tickets sold and a total gross of $40,285,884. The average ticket price was $135.63.

This was the same as the number of shows as last week and down 2 vs. the same week last year. Compared to last week, attendance was down -0.47%. Versus last year, attendance was down -0.36%. On the sales front, overall grosses were up 1.59% vs. last week and up 16.75% vs. this week last year. This week's average ticket price of $135.63 is up $2.76 compared to last week and up $19.88 compared to last year.
