Greg Fitzsimmons to Headline The Lincoln Lodge Next Month

The Lincoln Lodge is proud to present nationally touring headliner Greg Fitzsimmons on October 2nd, 2015.

Greg's acerbic everyman wit has brought him high profile stand up appearances ("Late Show with David Letterman," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Comedy Central Presents: Greg Fitzsimmons,"), staff-writer positions ("The Ellen DeGeneres Show," "Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher,") and regular radio guest appearances ("The Howard Stern Show"). His book Dear Mrs. Fitzsimmons received positive reviews from NPR and Vanity Fair.

Greg will be the third performer in a new series of events at Evanston's SPACE (1245 Chicago Ave, Evanston, IL 60202). The Lincoln Lodge and SPACE have created a new regularly occurring show called "The Lincoln Lodge in SPACE!" Once a month, The Lincoln Lodge will bring the country's top stand-up comedians to the North Shore.

The Lincoln Lodge, now about to start its 16th season, is the nation's longest running independent stand-up comedy show. Each week, The Lincoln Lodge features the best stand-up comics in Chicago, a special variety act, and a hilarious Man on the Street segment. The sixteenth season begins on September 18th at 8 PM. Regular shows are every Friday at a new start time of 8 PM at the SubT Lounge (2011 W. North Ave), with a different lineup each week. The show is 21+, and there is NO DRINK MINIMUM.

Tickets are $18 for general admission and $26 dollars for a table seat for the Greg Fizsimmons show at SPACE. Doors open at 7pm, and show starts at 8pm. The show is ALL AGES. A full food and drink menu is available during the show with bar & wait staff service. The show lasts approximately 90 minutes.
