GODSPELL Revival Announces Lottery Policy!
PREPARE YE! Preview performances for the highly anticipated, first-ever Broadway revival of the legendary rock musical GODSPELL begin in one week! Producer Ken Davenport announced today that for each performance, there will be a pre-show lottery drawing for a limited number of special stageside seats -- seating so close to the action, audience members will feel like they're part of the show...and maybe they'll even get to be a part of it!The ticket lottery will take place 90 minutes before each performance. Entries will be accepted starting two hours before the performance. (EXCEPTION: For Sunday matinee performances only, the lottery will take place 60 minutes prior to curtain, and entries will be accepted starting 90 minutes prior to curtain.)There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and two (2) tickets per winner. Winners must be present at time of drawing and a valid ID must be shown to purchase tickets. Lottery tickets are $30 each and may be purchased with cash only. But that's not all! In addition to the traditional pre-show ticket lottery, GODSPELL will be the first show in Broadway history to also offer a post-show stage door lottery for an exclusive chance to go behind the scenes! The stage door lottery will be held at the main entrance to the Circle in the Square Theatre following each performance. Any person with a ticket from that performance can enter for a chance to win. One winner will be chosen at random after each performance, and that person will be escorted backstage, with one guest, where they will get an exclusive glimpse into the behind-the-scenes workings of GODSPELL.For more information on both the pre-show ticket lottery and the post-show backstage tour lottery, please visit www.godspell.com.
