The Tony nominated cast of Broadway's hottest new play, GOD OF CARNAGE will be featured guests on tonight's episode of "The Charlie Rose Show." Hope Davis, Jeff Daniels, James Gandolfini and Marcia Gay Harden all recently sat down with host Charlie Rose, to speak about the play, working together as an ensemble and the creative process.

"The Charlie Rose Show" airs locally on WNET (Channel 13) Friday night at 11PM. Check local listings for airings outside the tri-state area.

The Yasmina Reza comedy opened Sunday, March 22 to rave reviews and was quickly named the most nominated play of the season, with six Tony Award nominations, including Best Play, Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Play (Hope Davis & Marcia Gay Harden), Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play (Jeff Daniels & James Gandolfini), and Best Direction of a Play (Matthew Warchus), Outer Critic Circle Awards for Outstanding New Broadway Play and Outstanding Actress in a Play (Marcia Gay Harden), a Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Play (Marcia Gay Harden) and Drama League nominations for Distinguished Production of a Play and two nominations for the Distinguished Performance Award (Marcia Gay Harden and James Gandolfini).

GOD OF CARNAGE was also recently honored with the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy.

GOD OF CARNAGE reunites the creative team that staged the Tony Award-winning Best Play, Art. Designed by Mark Thompson (sets and costumes), with lighting by Hugh Vanstone, sound by Simon Baker & Chris Cronin, the play has music by Gary Yershon.

GOD OF CARNAGE is a comedy of manners without the manners. The play deals with the aftermath of a playground altercation between two boys and what happens when their parents meet to talk about it.

The performance schedule for GOD OF CARNAGE is Tuesday at 7:00pm, Wednesday through Saturday at 8:00pm, Wednesday and Saturday at 2:00pm and Sunday at 3:00pm.
