FREEZE FRAME: Cast of FIRST DATE Rings the Closing Bell at NASDAQ

The cast of FIRST DATE, the new Broadway musical about the chances we all take to find love, visited NASDAQ, where the cast and producers of FIRST DATE, including Zachary Levi and Krysta Rodriguez, rang the Closing Bell today, October 16. BroadwayWorld was there and brings you a sneak peek at the stars in Times Square below!

In First Date, when blind date newbie Aaron (Levi; "Chuck" and Thor: The Dark World) is set up with serial-dater Casey (Rodriguez; "Smash" and The Addams Family), a casual drink at a busy New York restaurant turns into a hilarious high-stakes dinner. As the date unfolds in real time, the couple quickly finds that they are not alone on this unpredictable evening. In a delightful and unexpected twist, Casey and Aaron's inner critics take on a life of their own when other restaurant patrons transform into supportive best friends, manipulative exes and protective parents, who sing and dance them through ice-breakers, appetizers and potential conversational land mines. Can this couple turn what could be a dating disaster into something special before the check arrives?

Tickets for FIRST DATE range from $35 to $137, and can be purchased at the Longacre Theatre box office or at (212.239.6200). The performance schedule is as follows: Tuesday and Wednesday at 7pm, Thursday-Saturday at 8pm, Saturday at 2pm and Sunday at 3 and 7pm.
