Due to popular demand, Donna Lynne Champlin will return for a third time to Ars Nova.  The latest encore performance of "Finishing the Hat," presented by Ars Nova and the New York Musical Theatre Festival, will take place Sunday, October 1st.

Champlin, who plays Pirelli in the hit Sweeney Todd revival, previously sold out shows of "Finishing the Hat" on May 8th and June 4th.

"Finishing the Hat 3" includes "More songs, more stories...more reasons for my mother to worry."

Champlin has previously appeared on Broadway as the Older Helen in Hal Prince's Hollywood Arms, Honoria Glossop in By Jeeves and Mary Jane in James Joyce's The Dead. Off-Broadway credits include Bloomer Girl (Encores!), Very Warm for May, Reunion and Stars in Your Eyes, and she appeared as Ruby Keeler in the national tour of Jolson. Champlin appears on the recordings of 3hree, Reunion, By Jeeves, Our Heart Sings and Carols for a Cure 2002. She was also seen on stage at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Harold and Maude and also at Goodspeed in Flight of the Lawnchair Man.

From September 13th through 18th, Champlin will star in Flight on the Lawnchair Man as part of NYMF.  The show will play the 37 Arts Theatre.
