It's the question that everyone has been asking since Deadline.com first scooped the news a few weeks ago - will Darren Criss make his Broadway debut this year in a star-studded revival? Now, Marc Malkin at E! says yes, and that an official announcement is due tomorrow of the star having a three-week run, beginning on January 3, 2012.

As reported, the actor - who rose to fame this year on Fox's hit show GLEE - is being considered to replace Daniel Radcliffe in HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING when Radcliffe's contract ends. Though the deal being looked at is for three weeks of performances, beginning in January, it would cause Criss to miss an episode and a half out of GLEE's filming schedule and has reportedly been approved by both Ryan Murphy and by 20th Century Fox

Coincidentally, Radcliffe is without a doubt best known for portraying Harry Potter in the set of worldwide smash films - a role which Criss also played in A VERY POTTER MUSICAL and its sequel, spoofs of the franchise that went viral on YouTube.

HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING opened on Sunday, March 27, 2011, at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre. The prooduction, directed and choreographed by Rob Ashford, stars Daniel Radcliffe as J. Pierrepont Finch, John Larroquette as J. B. Biggley, Rose Hemingway as Rosemary Pilkington, Tammy Blanchard as Hedy La Rue, Christopher J. Hanke as Bud Frump, Rob Bartlett as Twimble/Wally Womper, Mary Faber as Smitty, Ellen Harveyas Miss Jones, Michael Park as Bert Bratt, and journalist Anderson Cooper as the voice of the narrator.

HOW TO SUCCEED has music and lyrics by Academy Award and Tony Award winner Frank Loesser, and a book by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock and Willie Gilbert, based on the book by Shepherd Mead. The creative team for HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING includes Derek McLane (Sets) Catherine Zuber(Costumes),Howell Binkley (Lighting), Jon Weston (Sound), Tom Watson (Hair), Doug Besterman (Orchestrations), and David Chase (Music Director and Arranger).
