Cherry Lane to Publish Songs from The Wedding Singer

Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company, Inc. recently announced a multi-year, worldwide administration agreement with Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin for their original songs from The Wedding Singer - The Musical. The company also represents Broadway writers Maury Yeston, Leslie Bricusse and Jason Howland, and oversees the music of Elvis Presley, John Denver, Quincy Jones, and more.

In the press release, Dan Rosenbaum, Cherry Lane's Advertising Music & Catalog Development VP, Dan Rosenbaum, noted, "We're delighted to be working with this terrific collection of songs. 'It's Your Wedding Day' is one of the liveliest opening numbers of recent Broadway seasons, and one of the rare songs from a musical to cross over to a broader audience through TV. We anticipate even more interest in these songs as the national tour and international productions unfold."
