Andrea Burns (Songs for a New World, The Full Monty), cabaret favorite Brandon Cutrell, Benjamin Magnuson (Sweeney Todd) and more will star in "An Evening of (mostly) True Songs."

The show is an evening of music by Adam Wagner that will be performed at the Laurie Beechman Theater, located in the West Bank Cafe (407 W. 42nd St., just west of 9th Ave.), on Sunday, September 10th at 7PM and Monday, September 11th at 7PM

Wagner, originally from Chesterton, Indiana, is a graduate ('05) of the musical theater department at the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music. Last June, he presented an original revue, "Don't Look Down," as part of the Cincinnati Fringe Festival. The show received the 2005 Cincinnati Entertainment Award for Best Alternative Production, a Cincinnati Enquirer Acclaim Award, and a recording is available for purchase. "Traci's Song" premiered in NYC at the MAC/ASCAP "Songwriters' Showcase" and "Things to Chase: A Composer' Showcase."
