It was announced today that the critically acclaimed annual concert, Broadway Unplugged, will return for its 8th season in a row with yet another all-star line-up. Musical theater history will be revisited when these great Broadway singers perform songs from the Great White Way the way they were originally heard -- un-miked!

And musical theater history will be made when they sing songs from the modern era of Broadway for the very first time in a large concert hall without a microphone. The cast is a wonderful mix of Broadway Unplugged veterans like Marc Kudisch, who hasn't missed one yet, and first timers, like Spiderman's scene-stealing villain, Patrick Page. Some are fresh from recent triumphs, like Terri White (Follies), William Michals (South Pacific), Kevin Earley (Death Takes a Holiday), and Chuck Cooper (Lost in the Stars). All of the cast, however, has had great triumphs both at Town Hall and on the musical theater stage. The concert will be written and hosted by its creator/producer, Scott Siegel. Ross Patterson will be the musical director. And there are more stars yet to be announced!

Not only are the songs on November 14th going to be performed unplugged, so, too are the prices of this concert unplugged; they remain the same as they were for its very first year with tickets going for as little as $25, $50 and $75 per person for yet another historic night of Broadway show tunes. Tickets can be bought right now, on TicketMaster.com.
