Children's Musical Theaterworks will present Bugsy Malone, the prohibition-era musical comedy performed entirely by a talented cast of young performers. This fast-paced production brings the roaring 1920s to life with charm, humor, and unforgettable music.

Set in a world of rival gangs, real working splurge (whipped cream) guns, and larger-than-life characters, Bugsy Malone follows the smooth-talking Bugsy as he navigates the quirky underworld of mob bosses Fat Sam and Dandy Dan. Along the way, audiences will meet a colorful cast of characters, including the glamorous Tallulah and the unforgettable performers of Fat Sam's Grand Slam Speakeasy.

Featuring a score by Paul Williams and original direction by Alan Parker, Bugsy Malone has delighted audiences for decades with its catchy songs, slapstick comedy, and unique twist—kids playing all the roles in a stylized gangster world.

“This show is pure fun,” said CMT Director Ella Rutiaga. “It's full of energy, humor, and incredible opportunities for our young performers to shine. Audiences of all ages will love the creativity and talent on display.”

The show runs May 1-10 at the CMT Black Box Space inside the Sierra Vista Mall. Seating is limited, reserve early.
