Agua Dulce Celebrates One Year with Dancers, Cocktails, and Regional Specials Starting 8/1
You're invited to join us....for the LATIN AMERICAN DANCERS, COCKTAILS and REGIONAL SPECIALS. This August marks one year of Agua Dulce and Agua Dulce marks one year this August with a line up that's festive, delicous and entoxicating. Come try little known tastes of Peruvian mountain corn or a Spicy Peruvian Seafood Stew. We thought it would be a good opportunity to introduce you to the pleasures of the Peruvian corn and meat pie ("pastel de choclo" recipe attache below). Get a load of earthy conch preparations or at least one: Conch stew with grits with lemon-butter and Goat pepper. Don't miss the coconut braised rabbit, the shrimp and black eyed pea fritters or the Cuban country pork stew, Ajaico, with taro, yuca, plaintain and calabaza.
