Featuring some of Andy Warhol's most prolific pieces, Andy Warhol Revisited will offer Torontonians and guests to the city an opportunity to view one of the world's largest collections of original Warhol prints and paintings. Located in a 4,200 square foot pop-up gallery space at 77 Bloor Street West, the exhibit will be open to the public daily beginning Wednesday, July 1.

Los-Angeles based Revolver Gallery, who are hosting and curating Andy Warhol Revisited, will rotate more than 120 historic Warhol pieces throughout the exhibit's six-month run. Notable pieces include portraits of Marilyn Monroe, Mao, Mickey Mouse, Queen Elizabeth, the Dollar Sign Canvas, the Campbell's Soup Cans, a rare series of prints of John Gotti commissioned by the New York Times and many more.

Visitors to the exhibit will be able to download a bilingual Andy Warhol Revisited Audio Tour app (launching July 1) for an engaging and educational tour of Warhol's history as well as additional background and historical information about the artwork on view. More than just an art exhibit, the gallery will also host private events, live music events as well as a rotating lecture series. The schedule and ticket information for special events will be posted and updated on the exhibition's website.

"I can't wait to share my passion for Andy Warhol and his incredible work through this exhibition in my hometown of Toronto, a city that I love and respect," said Ron Rivlin, founder of Revolver Gallery. "Warhol was a truly powerful artist, his work still resonates with so many people - he made accessible art that speaks directly to our admiration of popular culture, to both the mundane and iconic elements of it."

Designed in conjunction with Toronto's award winning firm DesignAgency, the Andy Warhol Revisited gallery space will be a multi-level showcase of art, design and interactive elements that will encourage visitors to not only see the art, but to experience it as well. Highlights include Warhol print wallpaper, a Warhol-inspired gift shop, and an elevated stage for hosting music and speaker events.

Open Tuesdays through Sundays from 10am to 8pm from July 1 until December 31, 2015, admission to Andy Warhol Revisited is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors (65+), $5 for students (full-time with ID) and youth (6 to 17), kids (under 5) free - and 20 per cent off for groups of 10 or more. www.warholrevisited.com.
