Chairman's Gala to Honor Dr. John & Mrs. Sally Mielke at Fox Cities Performing Arts Center

By:

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center's Annual Chairman's Gala will be held Thursday, May 25 to benefit the Center's mission and honor the 2016 Distinguished Service Award recipients, Dr. John and Mrs. Sally Mielke.

The Distinguished Service Award is presented annually to members of the community who have persistently served the cause of furthering the Center's mission through advocacy and financial support. Their support ensures the Center continues to deliver programs that inspire and build communities.

The Mielkes were selected for their overwhelming support of the Center since its creation. This includes supporting specific passion projects including educational programs and the Center's week of community autism programming in 2016. The Mielkes are also a key sponsor of the Broadway League's Family First Nights program, which will celebrate its tenth year partnering with the Boys and Girls Club to provide families in need the opportunity to enjoy live theater and engaging activities together in the 2017-18 Season.

"John and Sally have supported and advocated for the Center since day one. Their dedication to the Center's mission has helped us to create programs and initiatives that have engaged and inspired so many. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to honor their philanthropy and partnership with this year's Distinguished Service Award." said Board of Directors Chair Beth Flaherty.

Tickets for the Annual Chairman's Gala, a black-tie fundraising event for the Center, are $100 each or $800 for a table of eight. Tickets are available for purchase at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center ticket office in person, by calling (920) 730-3760 or on foxcitiespac.com. Tickets are limited.
