James Tylor: Turrangka...in the shadows is a significant solo exhibition showcasing the work of South Australian Kaurna artist James Tylor. Opening in July 2026 at the Art Gallery of South Australia, the exhibition brings together a comprehensive selection of Tylor's unique daguerreotypes, extensive digital photographic series, and handmade cultural objects, as well as furniture created in collaboration with Rebecca Selleck. This exhibition reflects Tylor’s commitment to reclaiming Kaurna language and cultural practices through his artistic exploration.
