Today, The Curtain Up Show crowned Cynthia Erivo & Oliver Tompsett Sing Scott Alan Best Solo Album and Bend It Like Beckham Best Cast Recording in the inaugural Album of 2015, as chosen by the team behind the weekly theatre chat show at Resonance FM.

Tim McArthur and Nathan Matthews said "Cynthia Erivo & Oliver Tompsett Sing Scott Alan and Bend It Beckham are both very worthy winners, but all the shortlisted nominees are fantastic albums. It's testament to the phenomenal musical talent we have here in the UK, both on stage, in the orchestra pit, and in the recording studio."
