Lacy Pruitt Announces As Von Braun Center's New Sponsorship Sales Manager

The Von Braun Center is pleased to announce the addition of its new Sponsorship Sales Manager, Lacy Pruitt. Pruitt joined the VBC team on March 10th, 2009. She is responsible for marketing Big Spring Jam sponsorship opportunities such as stages, gateways, signage and ticket backs. In addition, Pruitt manages various other sponsorship avenues within the Von Braun Center including Arena and South Hall advertising and the SportsMED Shootout.

Pruitt brings over eight years of sales and marketing experience to the Von Braun Center and was most recently employed as an account executive with the Huntsville Times. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Public Relations. Pruitt is a member of the Public Relations Council of Alabama (PRCA), a board member of the Huntsville/Madison County Hospitality Association and the co-chair of the 2009 Taste of Huntsville. Pruitt is also involved with the Junior League of Huntsville and HYP (Huntsville Young Professionals).

As Pruitt embarks on her new endeavor at the VBC, she is looking forward to her integral role with Big Spring Jam XVII. "I feel certain that the Big Spring Jam can continue to grow through the support of community businesses," Pruitt explains. "The Big Spring Jam is something I have always believed in."
