The Library of Congress has revealed that six awards totaling nearly $400,000 have been awarded from the Connecting Communities Digital Initiative through a program available to Higher Education Institutions and Libraries, Archives and Museums.

Wonderwall Studio announces their first solo artist exhibition featuring local artist Caitlin G McCollom. “Spirit Room” features 29 original paintings—two displayed in acrylic shadow boxes, two in 4” acrylic frames and 25 lose with framing options available—and 23 high-quality reproductions on specialty materials like acrylic and maple. The show will be on view at Wonderwall's walk-in gallery in South Austin from Oct. 4 to Nov. 1.

BLUEorange Contemporary Art Gallery welcomes artist Caitlin G McCollom to Houston for a solo exhibition of her work entitled “Light in the Window.” Featuring more than 20 original paintings, the collection explores the moment when light floods through a window. “Light In The Window” will be on view from June 23 to August 4.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts hosts more than 120 outstanding theater students from colleges and universities across the nation as part of the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF), which runs April 9-14, 2018 in multiple locations throughout the Center. The Center also announced the national awardees for the KCACTF.
