Don Forston Joins Asolo Rep's HERO: THE MUSICAL, Running Now thru 6/1
Asolo Repertory Theatre has announced a casting update for HERO: THE MUSICAL. Don Forston will be playing the role of Al Batowski. The production will run today, April 29 - June 1, 2014. HERO: THE MUSICAL features book and concept by Aaron Thielen and music and lyrics by Michael Mahler. Directed by David H. Bell.

When an unexpected event sends his life spiraling in a new direction, he is forced to finally create his own adventure.
Forston makes his Asolo Rep debut with HERO. He originated the role of Al in the world premiere of HERO at the Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire. Don's most recent credits are with Chicago Shakespeare Theatre in A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Merry Wives of Windsor, The Comedy of Errors, and the world premieres of The Adventures of Pinocchio as Geppetto and the Emperor in The Emperor's New Clothes. Don recently appeared on NBC's hit television series, Chicago PD, as Phil Rodiger. His film credits include, Rookie of the Year and Blink.
