“Admissions” by Joshua Harmon will be the second play of the Hampton Theatre Company's 2019-2020 season, opening on January 16, 2020 at the Quogue Community Hall and running through February 2. Talkbacks with the cast and director will be offered following the 7 p.m. performances on Thursday, January 23, and Friday, January 24.

Amy Resnick, last seen at Capital Stage in August: Osage County, and Blackberry Winter will direct this Sacramento Premiere. Bad Jews will be the sixth and final production of Capital Stage's 2016-17 Season: Love + War, and will run from June 21-July 23, 2017 with a Press Opening on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 8pm.

In The Artistic Home's production of Anton Chekhov's classic comedy of unrequited love and unrealized dreams, The Seagull, Company Artistic Director Kathy Scambiatterra (a Jeff Award nominee for The Artistic Home's Sweet Bird of Youth) plays the role of Madame Arkadina, the fading actress in love with a younger man, Trigorin. Scot West, previously seen at The Artistic Home in Watch on the Rhine, Interrogation and Miracle on 34th Street and in Griffin's Men Should Weep is the writer Trigorin. Brookelyn Hebert, of AH's Macbeth and Cut to the Chase, plays the young actress Nina, who is a rival to Arkadina for Trigorin's affections. In the role of Arkadina's son Konstantin, who competes with Trigorin for Nina's love, is AH ensemble member Julian Hester, a Jeff nominee for The Late Henry Moss.

On Monday, September 22, 2014, The Innovative Theatre Foundation, the organization who for the past 10 years has been dedicated to celebrating Off-Off-Broadway, announced the 2014 recipients at its annual event. Celebrating ten years and thousands of nominees, the New York Innovative Theatre awards took place at Mason Hall at Baruch Performing Arts Center, 17 Lexington Avenue. The 2013 Harold and Mimi Steinberg Charitable Trust honored playwrights Annie Baker and Rajiv Joseph at last night's 2013 Steinberg Playwright Awards held at Lincoln Center Theater's Mitzi E. The world premiere of the powerful, intense new play "The Royale" by Marco Ramirez opens Sunday, May 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the CTG/Kirk Douglas Theatre. Directed by Daniel Aukin, "The Royale" delivers a knock-out punch with its vivid depiction of a man fighting for his place in history. "The Royale" continues through June 2, 2013.
