The MainStreet Theatre Company has announced the cast for the first show of its 2012/2013 season: Pinkalicious the Musical. The musical, based on the best selling book for the younger set, is also written by book authors Elizabeth Kann & Victoria Kann, with Music by John Gregor. The story, about a little girl who eats too many cupcakes and turns pink, has been delighting youngsters since its publication in 2006, and the musical celebrates everything pink while reminding kids that sometimes too much of a good thing is... too much!. Making its Chicago area premiere April 28, with press opening Sunday, May 1 at 7 p.m., NUNSET BOULEVARD will run through May 29 at Theatre at the Center, 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana. NUNSET BOULEVARD follows the irrepressible Little Sisters of Hoboken as they receive the news that they have been invited to sing at the Hollywood Bowl. They are thrilled at the prospect until they arrive and realize they are booked at the Hollywood Bowl-A-Rama instead. The comedy mounts when the nuns learn that a famous movie producer is across the street auditioning actresses for his new movie musical, 'NUNSET BOULEVARD: A Song from the Hart,' about the life of Dolores Hart, the famous movie star who became a nun.

LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & MC COY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT present the fourth production of their 2010-2011 season of shows, the blood-thirsty musical comedy LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, music by Alan Menken, book and lyrics by Howard Ashman, musical direction by David O, choreography by Dana Solimando, directed by La Mirada Theatre's Producing Artistic Director Brian Kite and starring Brett Ryback, Lesli Margherita and Bob Amaral. Arena Stage begins a new life in its renovated home at the Mead Center for American Theater in Southwest D.C., opening its inaugural season with a classic American musical that similarly embraces life on a new frontier. Director Billy Porter and Grammy nominee Ledisi mark their debuts with Reprise Theatre Company in the 1990 musical 'Once on This Island,' opening the 2008-2009 season, September 2 to 14 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. The press opening is September 3. Bradley Rapier, founder of the Groovaloos, choreographs and Darryl Archibald is the music director. Reprise Theater Company is led by Artistic Director Jason Alexander and Producing Director Susan Dietz.

Casting has been announced for the London production of Jersey Boys, the Tony Award award-winning Broadway musical. The show will open in London's West End at the Prince Edward Theatre on Tuesday March 18, 2008, following previews from February 28, 2008. The London cast will be headed by Ryan Molloy as Frankie Valli, Stephen Ashfield as Bob Gaudio, Glenn Carter as Tommy DeVito and Philip Bulcock as Nick Massi.
