BWW Review: Who is Really the ACCOMPLICE, and What is Going On?BWW Review: Who is Really the ACCOMPLICE, and What is Going On?
by Shari Barrett - May 31, 2015

Martin Thompson directs Rupert Holmes' intriguing murder mystery ACCOMPLICE at Theater 40 with reverence to actors and what they go through to put on a play as well as to put up with each other. The first act seems like a fairly normal British offering with four characters all seemingly trying to outdo each other to gain control of the two husbands' mutual business by having affairs with each other in every possible combination. A particularly shocking revelation just prior to intermission will have you wondering just who is the accomplice trying to assist the perpetrator in getting away with murder. (more...)

It's been a busy spring in Tennessee and as we head into summer, you can rest assured that things are only going to get busier - and more interesting. Our advice? Hydrate yourself (drink plenty of water before heading out), dress comfortably (but tasteful) and head out for a night at the theater. BWW Recap: ARROW Season Finale Saves Starling City and Sets Up Season Four EventsBWW Recap: ARROW Season Finale Saves Starling City and Sets Up Season Four Events
by Jeffrey Walker - May 13, 2015

Putting another arrow in my own quiver, I am jumping from my usual duties recapping GOTHAM (season is over anyway) and serving as tonight's shot for shot commentator for ARROW as its third season comes to a close. I do watch ARROW and I am a fan so I am not jumping in totally cold. I do know that main man Oliver Queen – aka the Arrow – took the bait offered by the shady league all so he could work from the inside. Some of his allies thought he really turned on them so there are suspicions galore. (more...)
