Tacoma Little Theatre presents Fat Pig by Neil LaBute, on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 7:30pm. The production will be directed by Ellen Peters.

Does size really matter? In this funny yet poignant play, LaBute continues his exploration of body consciousness in contemporary America with Fat Pig, the second in a trilogy that began with The Shape of Things. Traditionally handsome Tom falls for Helen, a bright, funny, sexy woman, who also happens to be super-sized. Cornered and pressured to explain his new relationship with his perplexed friends, Tom must come to terms with his own preconceived notions about the importance of conventional good looks. Additionally, this play questions our capacity to change what we find unattractive about ourselves

Featuring the talents of: Megan Saunders, Niclas Olson, Jacob Tice, and Chevi Chung

Tickets for the MAY 26, 2016 performance at 7:30pm are $10.00 for non TLT Members, and FREE for those who are members. Tickets may be purchased online at www.tacomalittletheatre.com, or by calling our Box Office at (253) 272-2281.
