On June 20 - 24 at BPA, Bainbridge Dance Center students and faculty members will transform ten months of training into their 36th annual presentation celebrating the beauty and significance of dance. Six spellbinding performances showcase more than 100 students, ages 4 - 18, in works of creative movement, modern, jazz, tap and ballet. The youngest students will demonstrate pre-technique movement, while beginning through advanced students will perform choreography in ballet, modern, jazz, and tap techniques. Members of the Advanced Ballet Repertory will present "Cinderella Suite," with the music of Sergie Prokofiev, restaged and choreographed by BDC faculty members Cait Wyler and Kim Holloway.

Held to the highest professional measure, BDC dancers and BDC's annual performances routinely exceed audience expectations by presenting far more than a standard student exhibition. Anyone with a love of dance, music, lighting, children, theatre, or the arts is sure to be mesmerized and elevated by the beauty and artistry of this show.

In continuous operation since its opening season in 1981, Bainbridge Dance Center is a classical school focused on developing committed dancers and fostering individual artistry. With a mission to offer professional and nurturing training, BDC faculty members possess a love, not only of dance, but of preserving its legacy through the sharing of their knowledge. They infuse their students with skill and passion, shaping them into technicians and artists who will confidently contribute to the world.
