triangle productions! is pleased to announce the Oregon Premiere of "Becoming Dr. Ruth" by Martin St. Germain and featuring Wendy Westerwelle as Dr. Ruth.

Karola Ruth Siegel is more than just "Dr. Ruth." Everyone knows Dr. Ruth Westheimer from her career as a pioneering radio and television sex therapist. Few know her incredible journey that began with her fleeing the Nazis in the Kindertransport; joining the Haganah in Jerusalem as a scout and sniper; and struggling to succeed as a single mother coming to America. Becoming Dr. Ruth shows us - with honesty and humor - all the ways Ruth Westheimer is an inspiration to us all. Starring Wendy Westwelle as Dr. Ruth, triangle productions! is pleased to be presenting the Oregon premiere of this wonderful one woman show.

Becoming Dr. Ruth plays Feb. 5th to 28th, Thursday thru Saturday @ 7:30 pm and Sunday @ 2:00 pm at The Sanctuary @ Sandy Plaza, 1785 NE Sandy Blvd., Portland, OR 97232. The performance on Sunday Feb. 15th will include a talk-back with the Oregon Jewish Museum
