The VOCA PEOPLE, a musical comedy sensation performance, combines amazing vocal sounds: a-cappella singing with the modern art of beat-box, which imitates the sounds of a full orchestra – like drums, trumpets, guitars and more – without using any musical instruments. The show is an unforgettable experience that combines musical brilliancy with lots of humor. The VOCA PEOPLE will stop at Hershey Theatre on Saturday, April 6 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for this show are $52, $47, $37 and $27. They are available at the Hershey Theatre Box Office and can be charged by phone at 717-534-3405 or online at www.HersheyTheatre.com and www.Ticketmaster.com

The VOCA PEOPLE bring new musical arrangements and unique implementations using to the stage over 70 well-known hits, songs and melodies from all decades.

The VOCA PEOPLE spaceship is crashing on the unfamiliar planet Earth, sadly discovering that their precious spaceship charger (musical energy) has completely emptied. Slowly, the VOCA PEOPLE learn about the strange residents, habits and music of planet Earth and, with the help of the audience, musically energize their unique spaceship.

The VOCA PEOPLE consists of eight talented musician-aliens: three female alien singers that bring the very best female sounds (alt, mezzo and soprano), three male alien singers (bass, baritone and tenor) and two beat-box aliens that create extraordinary un-human sounds.

The show has won tremendous success within a very short period of time. In less than three years it had over 40 million YouTube hits in addition to sold out tours through Europe and South America. The VOCA PEOPLE have over 500,000 spectators around the world and are playing in New York (Off Broadway) through September 2. The USA tour will begin in February 2013.

The show won the 2012 Locile Lortel Award (New York City) for outstanding alternative theatrical experience and was nominated for the 2011 Globes de Cristal (France) for the best musical comedy of the year.
