The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts' 11th season of Kravis On Broadway will rock and roar, serving up a sensational line-up of seven Broadway blockbuster hits including multiple Tony Award winners and Kravis Center debuts.

The Shubert Theatre may be getting a fresh marquee this week, with Bernadette Peters' name in lights, but 54 years ago today, Dolly Gallagher Levi made her very first appearance on Broadway.

Bernadette Peters begins performances as Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly! this Saturday, January 22. Mindy Davis, a fan who works next door to the Shubert Theater captured an epic timelapse video of Peters' name going up in lights!

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that filming trucks spotted outside the Shubert Theatre over the weekend were on hand to capture a performance of Hello, Dolly! for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive. This weekend marked the final performances for many of the show's original cast members, including Taylor Trensch, Beanie Feldstein, David Hyde Pierce, and Tony winner Bette Midler.

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that along with departing cast members Bette Midler, David Hyde Pierce and Taylor Trensch, Beanie Feldstein will also play her final performance this evening as Minnie Fay.

Bette Midler, David Hyde Pierce and Taylor Trensch will take their final bows in Hello, Dolly! today, January 14. As BroadwayWorld has previously announced, Bernadette Peters will be assuming the title role beginning January 20. Victor Garber will be taking over as Horace Vandergelder and Charlie Stemp will be playing Barnaby Tucker.

The cast of Broadway's Hello Dolly! offered up one final salute for the legendary Donna Murphy following her final performance in the iconic role last night. Parading into the star's dressing room with champagne and song, the company of the show celebrated Donna's fabulous run. See video from the dressing room soiree below!

Byron has also performed and worked alongside well-known artists such as Michael John-LaChiusa, Warren Carlyle, Cynthia Erivo, Kenny Rogers, Darren Criss, Keala Settle, and Yolanda Adams. He would like to give a special thanks to his loving and very supportive family and friends.

Now entering its 28th year, Broadway Theatre Project (BTP) announces more 2018 visiting artists. Joining the 2018 BTP Summer Institute is Caroline O'Connor, born in Oldham, Lancashire England. At age 10, O'Connor was named Australian Irish Dance Champion and went on to train at the Royal Ballet School in London, until Anthony Warlow (Australian musical theatre actor) pointed her in the direction of musical theatre. She made her Broadway debut as Velma Kelly in Chicago, and played Mabel in Mack & Mabel, which earned her an Olivier award nomination. Currently, O'Connor is on Broadway for the musical, Anastasia as Countess Lily Malevsky at the Broadhurst Theatre.

On last night's TONIGHT SHOW, Beanie Feldstein revealed how her film LADY BIRD led to her Broadway break in HELLO, DOLLY! The actress also shares footage of her belting 'Tomorrow' as an ANNIE understudy!

Now entering its 28th year, Broadway Theatre Project (BTP), a program described by Playbill as The world's most prestigious musical theatre arts education program for high school and college students , announces some of the 2018 visiting faculty, including BTP's own successful alumni. BTP faculty range from professional dancers and choreographers to voice coaches and directors.

The Hip Hop Nutcracker (www.hiphopnutcracker.com), a contemporary dance spectacle set to Tchaikovsky's timeless music, hits the road this holiday season to 28 U.S. cities.
