After a successful online run in January, the irreverent nudist comedy DISROBED – THE VIRTUAL EVENT will return for a second virtual run of four shows from March 19th to March 21st. Surviving quarantine has forced many to take a variety of measures online to socialize. Surprisingly, it turns out, that even includes naturists (nudists!). More home time has led to more nude time with some naturist organizations reporting an increase in membership through events hosted on virtual platforms. Hollywood-based director/writer/actor Troy Peterson noticed this trend. As a subscriber to naturist ideals himself, he reasoned “If you don't need to put on pants to work from home, then why put on pants to put on a show?”

Billed as a?oethe ultimate Southern California experiencea??, the irreverent stage comedy a?oeDisrobed: Why So Clothes-Minded?a??, notorious for not only featuring an entirely naked cast, but for requiring audiences attend the show au natural as well, is returning to Los Angeles for an ongoing residency at the Studio C Theatre - 6448 Santa Monica Blvd., Hollywood, CA starting November 2, 2019. 

The producers of the immersive hit "Love the Body Positive" return to the Hollywood Fringe Theatre Festival this June with the full-length comedy "Disrobed: Why So Clothes-Minded?" The play has been adapted and updated by Steven Vlasak, the award-winning author of "Nights at the Algonquin Round Table" from the British naturist classic "Barely Proper" by Tom Cushing. It's "Meet the Parents" with a twist: A bashful buttoned-up groom-to-be arrives to meet his fiance's family, only to discover that they're all Naturists (Nudists), and for the festival performances so is the audience.
