On 29 October 2019 performances began for the West End premiere of Dear Evan Hansen at the Noel Coward Theatre

Andrew Garfield will star in the Netflix film adaptation of in tick, tick…Boom!, according to Deadline. Lin-Manuel Miranda will make his feature directorial debut on this adaptation of the autobiographical off-Broadway show written by  the late Jonathan Larson.

All we see is sky because the four Evans from the Tony-winning Dear Evan Hansen's Broadway, Tour, London, and Toronto productions are giving us special performance of 'For Forever.' On November 19, 2017, Ben Platt said goodbye to Evan Hansen forever... or so we thought. In a recent interview with Sunday Today, the actor, who won a Tony Award for originating the role,  revealed that initial plans are underway for a film adaptation, and that he would love to play the character again.
