Monday Primetime Results (Note that ABC stations in Detroit, Los Angeles and San Francisco and the CW station in New York carried NFL football, and downward adjustments to those network's averages are expected in official nationals):

The Paley Center for Media today announced the schedule for PALEYFEST NY 2018, which will take place October 5-18, 2018. This two-week celebration of television brings together the cast and creative teams of today's most acclaimed and popular TV shows for screenings and interactive panel discussions taking place at The Paley Center for Media in New York City.

Headliner Ben Rosenfeld may sound American, but he brings a unique perspective with his comedy about his life growing up with Russian Jewish immigrant parents. His third comedy album, 'The United States of Russia' made it to #1 on iTunes, and his book of hysterical and bizarre Russian nursery rhymes, 'Russian Optimism' was an Amazon Top 5 best seller. Ben has appeared on FOX's Laughs, CBS This Morning, National Geographic's Brain Games, NPR Weekend Edition, SiriusXM Radio, The New York Post, Rooftop Comedy and been featured as TimeOut New York's Joke of the Week.

Ruston Kelly's highly anticipated full-length debut album, Dying Star, is out today. Released on Rounder Records, Dying Star was co-produced by Kelly and Jarrad K (Kate Nash, Weezer) and features 14 songs written/co-written by Kelly.

An Academy Award-winning comedian will open up the 2018-2019 season at the State Theatre. Steven Wright, with his distinctly lethargic voice and deadpan delivery, kicks off the 92nd year of the historic venue today, September 7th.

NBC wins Wednesday night among the Big 4 networks in every key ratings measure, prevailing by a +33% margin in 18-49 (1.2 vs. 0.9 for #2 Fox) and by +2.9 million persons or +79% in total viewers (6.7 million vs. 3.8 million for #2 CBS).

ABC News' “Nightline” ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.067 million), Adults 25-54 (400,000) and Adults 18-49 (319,000), during the week of Aug. 27, 2018, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. 

“The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” has won the late-night ratings race for the encore week of Aug. 27-31 over the timeslot's ABC-CBS competition in the key demographic of adults 18-49, as well as men and women 18-49 and adults, men and women 25-54, according to “live plus same day” figures from Nielsen Media Research.

Los Angeles-based alternative rock band Dead Sara have premiered the music video for latest single “Anybody,” off their Atlantic Records debut EP, Temporary Things Taking Up Space. The Cory James Bailey-directed visual premiered today via NYLON, who raved that “'Anybody' is the perfect adventuresome, end-of-summer anthem, and the visuals are a perfect match.”
