Below are NBC's Thursday Primetime Ratings.

An encore telecast of "Ellen's Game of Games" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.4 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Maintains 100% of last week's encore in this timeslot in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7) and 99% in total viewers (3.376 million vs. 3.403 million).

"Trial & Error: Lady, Killer" (0.4/2 in 18-49, 2.0 million viewers overall from 9-9:30 p.m. ET; 0.4/2 in 18-49, 1.7 million viewers overall from 9:30-10 p.m. ET):

· Maintains 100% from its first episode to its second in 18-49 and builds on that lead-in among men 18-34.

· With its 9:30 episode is maintaining 100% week to week in 18-49 (0.4 vs. 0.4) and 96% in total viewers (1.671 million vs. 1.732 million).

· Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD - last week's 9 p.m. "Trial & Error" grew by +24% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.50 to 0.62) and +401,000 viewers overall (2.2 million to 2.6 million) and the 9:30 "Trial" increased by +41% in 18-49 (0.37 to 0.52) and +417,000 viewers overall (1.7 million to 2.1 million) going from L+SD to L+3

· Upscale: "Trial & Error" is generating a strong upscale audience, with the 9 p.m. edition indexing at a 109 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes. Among adults 18-49 with four or more years of college, the 9 p.m. "Trial & Error" is indexing at a 133.

An encore telecast of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (0.4/2 in 18-49, 2.2 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Is close to rounding up to a 0.5 (currently reporting a 0.44 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.4/4 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.9/6 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/5 with an encore.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.4/3 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/4 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.0/4 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/2 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2 with an encore.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.5/2 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
