Previews for A Doll's House, Part 2 begin July 12, with an official opening night on July 15, and performances through July 28 on the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage (30 Union Street).

BAHR Productions, the Hollywood-based Film, Television, and Digital production company behind the soon to open Off-Off Broadway play debut of BEFORE WE'RE GONE, by Jerry Small, has announced they intend to take their new play to Off- Broadway, with an eye on Broadway following the one-month run at the historic 13th Street Repertory Theatre, beginning July 5th, 2018. The theater, one of the longest operating theatrical venues in New York City, has seen a recent resurrection of sorts with a stronger line-up of productions in the last year, including several AEA-approved productions, is now the beneficiary of a newly reconstructed stage thanks to a major donation by Bahr Productions.

PARTY FACE, the new comedy by Isobel Mahon ("Glenroe," "Fair City"), will play its final performance on April 8, 2018 at City Center Stage II ( 131 West 55th Street). PARTY FACE began previews on Thursday, January 11, 2018, and opened on Monday, January 22. At the time of closing, PARTY FACE will have played 14 previews and 88 regular performances.

To complete his illustrious career leading Pittsburgh Public Theater, Ted Pappas has chosen William Shakespeare's Hamlet as the final play he will direct as the company's Producing Artistic Director. His cast of 21 actors will be led by Indiana, PA native Matthew Amendt. Producers Robert Driemeyer, Morgan Sills and Jan Warner announced today that director Amanda Bearse ("Married…With Children") will join the cast of PARTY FACE in the role of "Bernie" for the final week of performances, April 2- April 8, 2018. Original cast member Klea Blackhurst will play her final performance on April 1. PARTY FACE, the new comedy by Isobel Mahon ("Glenroe," "Fair City"), began previews on Thursday, January 11, 2018, and opened on Monday, January 22. The final performance will take place on Sunday, April 8 at City Center Stage II ( 131 West 55th Street).

George Street Playhouse, located at 103 College Farm Road in New Brunswick, today announced the casting of Philip Goodwin (Broadway's The Diary of Anne Frank, The School for Scandal) and Carly Zien (Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, POP TV's Nightcap) in Trying by Joanna McClelland Glass, on stage March 13 - April 8, 2018. The poignant drama will be directed by Jim Jack, who will be helming his second GSP mainstage production following the widely acclaimed 2016 production of My Name is Asher Lev.
