Legendary singer Mary Wilson, a founding member of the legendary girl group The Supremes, makes her Cafe Carlyle debut, November 20-24. At the Cafe, she'll perform favorites from the Great American Songbook, plus a few of her Supreme hits showcasing her legendary smoky voice, as well as share stories from her iconic career. During the intimate set, Wilson will enchant the audience with classic, easy-listening tunes, giving them the chance to witness a diva in her prime.

Cape Rep Theatre continues its 2018 season with the 5-time Tonywinning Broadway musical Fun Home, book and lyrics by Lisa Kron, music by Jeanine Tesori, based on the graphic novel by Alison Bechdel, September 19 through October 14: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, and Sundays at 2 pm. In advance of major refurbishments taking place at the Shaftesbury Theatre, Motown The Musical will conclude its run on 20 April 2019 having celebrated over 1330 performances since its London premiere over three years earlier in February 2016. With music and lyrics from the Motown catalogue, book by Motown founder Berry Gordy and directed by Charles Randolph-Wright, Motown the Musical tells the story behind the legendary classic hits.

On the heels of the two-year anniversary since the launch of the nationally syndicated, multiple award-winning terrestrial radio show, 'Shefik presents Invocation' (http://invocation.co), media personality Shefik (http://shefik.info) expands his self-produced and self-hosted radio show to an additional broadcast day. Listeners in eleven cities across the United States already enjoy a weekly broadcast of the radio show on Thursdays at 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET, comprising 15 radio stations and frequencies. Effective immediately, all of these same radio stations and frequencies will now broadcast an encore of the radio show on Sundays at 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET.

Summer starts at Cape Rep's Outdoor Theater on June 26th with our Summer Children's Show Series. On Tuesdays & Thursdays from June 26 through August 30, Cape Rep Theatre presents the hit musical HOW I BECAME A PIRATE, book, music and lyrics by Janet Yates Vogt and Mark Friedman, based on the popular children's book How I Became a Pirate by Melinda Long with illustrations by David Shannon, directed by Holly Erin McCarthy and musical direction by Ben Colgan. Tickets are $12 and general admission.

Today, the Orpheum Theatre Group announced the lineup for the 2018-2019 On Stage at the Halloran Centre series. In addition to the 13-part music Series and 3-part theatre Series, the On Stage season will introduce Kafe Kirk: a special concert series created by Grammy Award-winning saxophonist and Memphis native, Kirk Whalum.
