OZ Arts Nashville today announced that it has joined a network of Global Partners for The Public Theater's prestigious Under the Radar Festival. The popular and highly anticipated two week event will take place virtually from January 6-17, 2021 and will feature artists from across the U.S. and around the world.

OZ Arts Nashville presents the world premiere of This Holding: Traces of Contact, a timely and unique dance-film event on May 29 at 8 pm across its website and social platforms. When it became clear that the current health crisis would prevent OZ Arts from hosting live performances, artist Jana Harper and her collaborators seized the opportunity to reimagine the performance for the camera and premiere it as a video project shot in in various locations around Nashville.

The 48th season of the popular Highlights In Jazz series gets off to a roaring start on Feb. 13, 2020, when producer Jack Kleinsinger presents the Highlights In Jazz 47th Anniversary Gala. Featured performers include bassist Jay Leonhart, pianist Tomoko Ohno, drummer Bobby Sanabria, saxophonist Steve Wilson, percussionist/drummer Memo Acevedo, violinist/mandolinist Aaron Weinstein, and drummer Vito Lesczak. And, in keeping with the beloved HIJ tradition, a surprise special guest will be on hand for the concert, held at BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center.
