The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominations for the 2019 Golden Globe Awards this morning. Terry Crews, Danai Gurira, Leslie Mann and Christian Slater will join HFPA President Meher Tatna, executive producer Barry Adelman and Isan Elba, daughter of Idris Elba and this year's Golden Globe ambassador, to make the announcement.  We've got the full list of nominees below, plus find out which of your favorite theater stars received a 2019 nomination!

Well, that is exactly what transpires while watching the all-together endearing hit Broadway musical WAITRESS, which continues its national tour stop at Orange County's Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa through November 25, 2018. Like the warmest of embraces, the yummiest of comfort food, and the most cherished camaraderie of dear friends or loved ones, WAITRESS is, overall, quite an adorable, extremely likable show. Even its forgivable flaws are trounced by its irresistible delicacy and its winsome machinations.

QUEEN OF THE SOUTH Renewed by USA Network

USA Network today announced a fourth season renewal for the hit drama QUEEN OF THE SOUTH. Starring Alice Braga ('I Am Legend'), the series is based on the literary page-turner 'La Reina Del Sur' by internationally acclaimed author Arturo Pérez-Reverte. Season 4 is set to return in 2019.

Fox Searchlight Begins Principal Photography on ANTLERS Starring Keri Russell and Jesse Plemons

Fox Searchlight Pictures Presidents of Production, Film and Television Matthew Greenfield and David Greenbaum announced today that principal photography has commenced in Vancouver, British Columbia for the horror thriller ANTLERS.  Directed by Scott Cooper (BLACK MASS, CRAZY HEART), the film is written by Henry Chaisson (OPEN 24 HOURS) & Nick Antosca (THE FOREST, CHANNEL ZERO) with revisions by Scott Cooper, from the short story The Quiet Boy by Antosca. In ANTLERS, a small-town Oregon teacher (Keri Russell) and her brother (Jesse Plemons), the local sheriff, become entwined with a young student (Jeremy T. Thomas) harboring a dangerous secret with frightening consequences.

The 70th Emmy Awards will telecast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Monday, September 17, (8:00-11:00 PM ET/5:00-8:00 PM PT) on NBC. Saturday Night Live's Colin Jost and Michael Che will serve as co-hosts. The 70th Emmy Awards will be executive produced by Lorne Michaels (Saturday Night Live; The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon).

Topher Grace Among Those Cast in THE HOT ZONE with Julianna Margulies

National Geographic, Fox 21 Television Studios and Scott Free Productions today announced the cast joining previously announced Julianna Margulies ('The Good Wife,' 'ER') in THE HOT ZONE, based on the eponymous international best-seller by Richard Preston. Noah Emmerich ('The Americans'), Liam Cunningham ('Game of Thrones'), Topher Grace ('Blackkklansman'), Paul James ('The Path'), Nick Searcy ('The Shape of Water'), Robert Wisdom ('The Wire') and Robert Sean Leonard ('House') will all star in the six-episode global miniseries inspired by the terrifying true story of the origins of the Ebola virus and its first arrival on U.S. soil in 1989. James D'Arcy ('Homeland') joins the cast as a series guest star. Production begins today in Toronto and will also shoot in South Africa in early December. THE HOT ZONE will premiere globally on National Geographic in 2019.

Dopesick: Dealers, Doctors, and the Drug Company that Addicted America will be developed for television it was announced today by Bert Salke, President, Fox 21 Television Studios and Warren Littlefield, Principal, The Littlefield Company. Littlefield and Macy will serve as executive producers. Peter McGuigan and Richie Kern will be producers.
