Keen Company Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein today announced the first cast members for the Gala Benefit Reading of the beloved Broadway comedy Light Up the Sky by Moss Hart, directed by Mr. Silverstein and featuring an all-star cast.

The Time Traveller's Wife: The Musical, based on the best-selling novel by Audrey Niffenegger and the New Line Cinema film screenplay by Bruce Joel Rubin, will premiere at Storyhouse in Chester from 30 September to 15 October 2022.

The Outer Critics Circle Awards has announced the dates for its 2022 awards. The nominators cut-off date is Sunday, April 24, 2022. The Outer Critics Circle Awards Nominations announcement will take place on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Winners will be announced on Monday, May 16, 2022.

This event will also be available via livestream. This outdoor Hermitage event is presented in partnership with the Asolo Rep, which will host the regional premiere of Wohl’s play Grand Horizons starting in January of 2022. 

Music Theatre of Connecticut award-winning theatre company begins a brand new reading series entitled, New Voices. Featuring five new plays by contemporary playwrights, this series will begin on October 11th at 7pm with the play i by Jeff Talbott. BroadwayWorld has just learned that Slave Play will return to Broadway beginning later this fall. The return engagement, directed by Tony Award nominee Robert O’Hara, will begin performances Tuesday, November 23 ahead of an official opening night of Thursday, December 2 for a strictly limited eight-week engagement through Sunday, January 23, 2022.
