Today, Grammy-nominated country singer/songwriter Ty Herndon released his highly anticipated album Got It Covered via BFD/The Orchard. The album release is accompanied by a new video for the song 'So Small' — Taste of Country called the track (originally co-written and sung by Carrie Underwood) 'arguably the most important song on [Got It Covered].' The video features the youth of The Rainbow Squad, a Nashville-based group based around providing a safe space and community resources for LGBTQ+ kids.

Ford Theatres presents the premiere of Hassan Hajjaj: My Rockstars Experimental Live, a musical art installation, for one performance only, Friday, October 11 at 8:00 pm at the Ford Theatres. The show is presented with UCLA's Center for the Art of Performance.

Thursday night, at the invite-only Women of Jammcard JammJam event, Lauren Jauregui brought down the house alongside a slew of surprise guests like Chika, Sheléa, Madame Gandhi and Mads Paige. Hosted by Jammcard, the Music Professionals Network, the room was filled with a powerful energy, both onstage and in the audience, were captivated by the one-of-a-kind performance that only takes place at the JammJam. John Storie is musician / showman with a true comical wit, and abundant skills on the guitar. His new album'Ponderosa' is a folksy throwback to his early days, and some swinging straight ahead jazz. He recorded the album so it would hold different guitar sounds, texture and vocals. He is a longtime showman with much to sing about.

The Broadway Loves series returned to Feinstein's/54 Below on July 22nd when over a dozen of Broadway's most distinctive voices celebrated the multi-platinum career of millennial icon Selena Gomez, on the evening of her 27th birthday! 'When choosing this particular song it was easy... I just love singing it! We simply put our own twist on it and rocked it out. This is a show favorite every time we play live. People love singing along. It is one of my favorite songs to sing live during the show. It really showcases my gospel roots.' The track is currently available to stream via The Boot.

A whole lot of rhythm was goin' down at Live House in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 9, at the 'George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic JammJam' presented by Jammcard. George Clinton, the man who invented P-funk, was in attendance to witness stellar roof-tearing performances by some of his best-known acolytes including Ice Cube, Anderson .Paak, CeeLo Green, Eddie Griffin, Battlecat plus members of the original Parliament Funkadelic. Clinton testified, 'They had me crying like a bitch with tears of joy.'
