National Philharmonic (NatPhil) announced its 2023-2024 Season, which includes six classical programs conducted by Music Director Piotr Gajewski, one classical concert led by guest conductor Jeri Lynne Johnson, and two choral performances presented in partnership with The Washington Chorus (TWC) and conducted by TWC Artistic Director Eugene Rogers. All season concerts will be held at The Music Center at Strathmore, the Orchestra’s longstanding home in Montgomery County.

Rising Mexican-American conductor Robert Treviño is to return to Leipzig on 21st May at the helm of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, to conduct Mahler's Tenth Symphony at the city's highly prestigious Mahler Festival.

The PHILHARMONIC OF SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY (PSNJ) has announced that conductor James Allen Anderson has been appointed Music Director beginning with the 2023-2024 season. His appointment concludes a three-year search process that included seventy-five applicants from across the country.

The internationally lauded conductor and pianist Ian Hobson, has been appointed Guest Conductor of the Sinfonia Varsovia in Warsaw, Poland. Mr. Hobson's position will officially commence September 1, 2023.

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine's 2022-2023 season of Great Music in a Great Space continues with Light of Paradise, featuring the world premiere of British composer David Briggs's Stabat Mater along with works by George Walker and Morten Lauridsen, on Wednesday, March 8 at 7:30pm, at the Cathedral of St.
