Hannah Waddingham will return as host of the 2024 Olivier Awards, celebrating the best in London theatre with a starry ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall. This year's ceremony will take place on Sunday 14 April, and will be broadcast on ITV and Magic Radio.

As rehearsals for Sinatra The Musical, the much anticipated brand new musical based on the life and career of the legend and cultural icon began last week, new photographs taken during a workshop presentation of the show have been released.

The complete cast of over 20 actors who will be performing in Sinatra The Musical -  the major new musical based on the life and career of the legendary artist and cultural icon which premieres at Birmingham Rep in September 2023 - has been announced. The Tony Award-winning Matt Doyle will take on the iconic role of  Frank Sinatra in the highly anticipated World Premiere of Sinatra The Musical, based on the life and career of the legendary artist and cultural icon. 

The full company has been announced for Adam Penford’s new production of The Sound of Music, running at Chichester Festival Theatre from 10 July – 3 September

Gareth Valentine has announced a three night residency at Crazy Coqs Live at Zedel with special guests two time Olivier Award winners Joanna Riding, Janie Dee and BAFTA nominated, Tony Award and US Drama Desk winner Haydn Gwynne.

After two postponements, the revival of the 2016 Châtelet production of 42nd Street is finally on till January 15th, with a brand-new cast but the same creative team as the original. Stephen Mear had already directed and choreographed the piece for the Parisian public six years ago. In the meantime opened a London revival of the first Broadway version with the original staging and choreography of the late Gower Champion, brilliantly enhanced by Randy Skinner, which took the work to another level of spectacular, so grand was the scale of the production value and money spent! That particular once-in-a lifetime and never-to-be-seen-again production was luckily preserved on video for posterity, but it doesn't take away from the qualities of this more intimate Châtelet version.

Birmingham Hippodrome have announced that opera superstar Lesley Garrett will be playing the role of Mrs Pearce in Lerner & Loewe’s critically acclaimed My Fair Lady when it comes to the city next year (Wed 8 Mar – Sun 19 Mar 2023) .

Further venues have been announced for the UK and Ireland tour of Bartlett Sher's critically acclaimed and multi award-winning production of Lerner & Loewe's much loved MY FAIR LADY. The sumptuous production will visit Sunderland Empire (1st - 11th February), Bristol Hippodrome (14th - 25th February), Birmingham Hippodrome (8th - 19th March) and finally Manchester Palace (22nd March - 1st April).

Birmingham Hippodrome have today announced that New York's Lincoln Center Theater's critically acclaimed and multi award-winning production of Lerner & Loewe's much loved MY FAIR LADY will play at the theatre from Wednesday 8 March – Sunday 26 March 2023 as part of a UK and Ireland tour which begins in September 2022 following a limited engagement at the London Coliseum this summer.

The company features Harry Hadden-Paton as Henry Higgins, Amara Okereke as Eliza Doolittle, Stephen K Amos as Alfred P Doolittle, Dame Vanessa Redgrave as Mrs Higgins, Malcolm Sinclair as Colonel Pickering, Maureen Beattie as Mrs Pearce, and Sharif Afifi as Freddy Eynsford-Hill.
