Selena Gomez is set to return as Alex Russo in a Wizards of Waverly Place revival series pilot on Disney Channel. Gomez will guest star in the pilot while the series will revolve around David Henrie – who played her brother, Justin – as a series regular. Also joining the pilot are Janice LeAnn Brown, Alkaio Thiele, and Mimi Gianopulos.

Production has officially wrapped in Alabama on the coming-of-age teen comedy “This is the Year” starring breakout actor Lorenzo Henrie (“Fear the Walking Dead”) and Gregg Sulkin (Marvel's “Runaways,” “Faking It”). The Film 'Little Boy', scheduled for U.S. release on April 24th, was screened at the Hiroshima International Film Festival in Hiroshima, Japan and received the Spirit Award for excellence in filmmaking, festival producers have announced. The film was represented by director Alejandro Monteverde who appeared via satellite to receive the award and conducted a Q&A session with participants.
