The Dramatist Guild's Friday Night Footlights continues its series of play readings with Planet Alice by Jonathan Grupper on Friday, January 24th, 2020 at 7:30PM. Out of the Box Theatrics and New York Theatre Barn's co-developmental production of Aaron Morrill's Love and Yogurt will star Autumn Hurlbert (Something Rotten, Legally Blonde), Janice Landry (Dear Edwina), Samuel Garnica, and Amanda Robles (BSC's Into the Woods, Stages St. Louis' Man of La Mancha). The production will run from October 22nd through October 27th, 2019 at Theaterlab in New York City.

Circle in the Square Theatre School (Paul Libin, President, E. Colin O'Leary, Executive Director, and Susan Frankel, Chief Operating Officer of Circle in the Square Theatre), Pigasus Institute (Zachary Spicer, Chairman), and Rachel Shuey, recently announced a new reading series, The Circle Series. Leading into the launch of the first reading next week, they are excited to announce members of the creative teams and a special partnership with citizenM Hotel.   Each Monday beginning in August, performers will bring Circle in the Square to life on its traditional dark night with The Circle Series.

Susanna Wolk (Choir Boy, Waitress, Finding Neverland) will be joining the team of  the world premiere production of LEAVING EDEN as the director.  Previously announced director James Monaghan will be departing the production to Asolo Repertory Theatre as their new Dramaturg/Literary Manager. 

New York Theater Festival's SUMMERFEST presents Emergency, a modern-day medical musical by father-son creative team Jeff and Jacob Foy, featuring a talented cast of Broadway, Off-Broadway and regional theater performers.
