dell’Arte Opera Ensemble has announced its 2022 summer festival: Finding Home. The repertory season will include IL RITORNO D’ULISSE IN PATRIA, by Claudio Monteverdi, PELLÉAS ET MÉLISANDE, by Claude Debussy, and the professional premiere of JUANA, by Carla Lucero and Alicia Gaspar de Alba. A series of 3 song recitals is included in the festival.

For Taiwan Philharmonic's 2022-23 season, Music Director Jun Märkl cultivated programs focused on three main themes: natural scenery and geography, region (France), and composers (Felix Mendelssohn and Sergei Rachmaninoff). Multi-talented pianist, improviser and composer Stewart Goodyear returns to Chamber Music Detroit with concerts at Christ Church Grosse Pointe on Friday, May 6 at 8 PM, and at the Flagstar Strand Theatre in Pontiac on Saturday, May 7 at 8 PM. His wide-ranging program includes works by Jennifer Higdon, Anthony Davis, Claude Debussy, Franz Liszt, plus the Midwest premiere of “Phoenix,” a new work by Goodyear himself.
