Actress/singer, Leslie Orofino returns with SHINE the music/lives of 4 fearless women - when things got tough - they got stronger - and became the stars that shine even today ...Lady Gaga, Peggy Lee, Dorothy Fields and Alberta Hunter at Don't Tell Mama. It's a mixture of broadway, blues, jazz, contemporary and a whole lot of fun. She will be accompanied by Tracy Stark on piano and Boots Maleson on bass. Louis Pietig director.

Singer- pianist Daryl Sherman returns to Birdland Theater on Tuesday, April 16th with Spring Fever at 7:00 PM and 9:45 PM, with Boots Maleson on bass and special guest, trombonist Art Baron, who played with Duke Ellington in his last orchestra. The show includes songs from Sherman's CD, Lost In A Crowded Place. with samplings of Ellington, Louis Armstrong, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald and some Sherman originals.

Award-winning recording artist and entertainer, Marieann Meringolo, brings her theatrical concert Between Yesterday and Tomorrow: The Songs of Alan & Marilyn Bergman to Don't Tell Mama(where her cabaret roots began 30 years ago) today, March 8th at 7:00 PM. The show is directed by award-winning Will Nunziata, with Music Direction by Doyle Newmyer, and with Boots Maleson on bass and Sipho Kunene on drums.
