The Times Square Alliance and Countdown Entertainment, co-organizers of New Year's Eve in Times Square, today announced select performance and host details for the upcoming 2020 New Year's Eve celebration, including that popular rock band X Ambassadors will headline the live commercial-free webcast and TV pool feed.

PEOPLE, in partnership with the Academy of Country Music® and dick clark productions, announced today the official live streaming digital red carpet pre-show in celebration of the 54th ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS, Country Music's Party of the Year®. The digital pre-show, hosted by PEOPLE Now's Jeremy Parsons and Andrea Boehlke, PEOPLE executive editor Cynthia Sanz, and ACM Award® nominee Michael Ray, will begin at 6:30pm ET/3:30pm PT LIVE from the red carpet at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7, 2019.

The Times Square 2019 Webcast will begin at 6 p.m. ET on December 31, 2018 and end at 12:15 a.m. on January 1, 2019 ET.
