Portland, Oregon-based artist Anna Tivel is set to return with her sixth studio album, Living Thing, on May 31, 2024 via Fluff & Gravy Records (Margo Cilker, Kassi Valazza, Jeffrey Martin). With the release of her third single Desperation, Tivel offers, 'Future vision is forever married to imagination. This is a song about being born into a harsh reality, about struggling to imagine something better than you’ve seen.' Listen to the single here!

More vibrantly sculptural than her previous releases, Tivel wrote the 9-track set through the tumultuous eyes of 2020 and recorded it with longtime collaborator and friend Shane Leonard (Bon Iver, Field Report).

Perhaps Gallo’s most direct and potentially uncomfortable song, it speaks to a variety of political, social and environmental issues we've all become pretty familiar with in the last few years.

Ron Gallo has released 'YUCCA VALLEY MARSHALLS' the latest single off his blistering, brand new studio album, FOREGROUND MUSIC. With the new song, Gallo reflects on a solo west coast trip. After roaming around Los Angeles by himself, he found that LA can be the loneliest place on the planet if you are an outsider.

Over the course of 11 songs, Gallo displays what Ann Powers once called “literate electricity.” It moves from fuzz to lounge jazz to freaky pop to post-punk and back again to rollicking, truly FUN rock music, all the while taking aim at any and everything.

Compared to Liz Phair, Madison Cunningham and Courtney Barnett, Kate Davis has signed to ANTI- Records and is releasing the new track “Consequences” to accompany the announcement. A ruminative, diaristic song, Davis considers the results of a lifetime of choices on “Consequences” and lets them wash over her.

Bay Area trio Rainbow Girls are currently on tour with revered singer-songwriter Ani DiFranco with upcoming California shows in Solana Beach and Los Angeles. Stephanie Lambring's Autonomy, originally released in October 2020 and garnered wide acclaim for the singer-songwriter's ability to confront life's uncomfortable moments and hard truths with searing, relatable honesty. Since the album's original release, Lambring created Almost Autonomous Records and signed a distribution deal with Thirty Tigers.
